GP,WY series magnetic oil return filter

Magnetic oil filter is a new product specially designed by our company with reference to foreign advanced technical information and the specific requirements of the majority of users. Only a small part of the filter head connection of these filters is exposed outside the tank, and most of the rest are inside the tank, thus simplifying the system pipeline, convenient installation, compact and beautiful system arrangement. In terms of structure, we have improved the huge structure of the original pipeline oil return filter, considering that the hydraulic system produces a lot of ferromagnetic pollutants, so before the oil return filter, the magnetic filter is carried out by a strong magnet, and then the secondary precision filter.

The filter is provided with a filter element pollution blocking transmitter and oil side valve, when the oil return pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the transmitter sends a switch signal or alarm, and can also read the oil return pressure value directly from the dial of the transmitter to prompt the operator to replace the filter element in time to ensure the cleanliness of the system oil. To replace the filter element, just unscrew the filter end cover.
